Hoopwhirl classes have been established and running successfully since July 2007 in Bromsgrove and Redditch, Worcestershire. My students range from the ages of 16 to 65 and are of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

My students tell me that at last they have found an exercise which is fun, never boring, always different and there is great music (changed every week) to go with it! Lots of laughter and loads of fun!

Everybody works at their own pace.
